My approach is human-first and down-to-earth—I show up as my authentic self, whether that means wet hair, a few cuss words, or sharing a laugh with you. As an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, I use EMDR, IFS, CBT, and other techniques to help you process your experiences and build self-compassion, set boundaries, and find balance.     Hi, I’m Jessica! I specialize in grief, trauma, and also love working with couples and families.I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist. My approach is down-to-earth and relatable—I believe therapy should feel like a conversation with someone who truly gets it. I use a variety of techniques, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and EMDR 2.0, along with other approaches that allow me to tailor our sessions to what works best for you.
