My approach is relaxed, open, and grounded in trust—you can expect therapy to feel like a real conversation. I integrate EMDR, IFS-informed techniques, and other evidence-based tools to help you process what’s heavy and move toward healing. As an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, I’m here to help you feel safe, understood, and empowered.
