I work with adults managing anxiety, ADHD, burnout, body image concerns, and the effects of trauma or major life change. My approach is relatable and compassionate—I meet you as a whole person, not a list of problems. As an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, I use EMDR, CBT, and mindfulness to help you reduce stress, build confidence, and strengthen your relationships with yourself and others.
