I support adults managing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in honesty—I meet you where you are and help you build skills that fit your life. I’m especially passionate about working with women, couples, people of color, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. Using CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and strengths-based tools, I help you reduce stress, strengthen resilience, and reconnect with your authentic self.
