Hi, I’m Kelli!

I specialize in supporting clients in navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, work/life balance, and major life transitions. I’m also passionate about working with women, couples, people of color, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth—I strive to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered to grow.

In our work together, I draw from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and strengths-based approaches, tailoring each session to your unique needs. More than anything, I show up as a real person, meeting you where you are with compassion, honesty, and care. My goal is to help you build resilience, develop tools that work for your life, and reconnect with your authentic self.
